HP Touch the Future Now

Animated drawing clip now showing @ VivoCity from 11JUL-11AUG. Many thanks to Sokkuan and Karl (Publicis SG). Featuring, other OIC artist such as, Ang Gee, Brick, Eeshaun and Mindflyer. The theme : GAMING IN THE FUTURE.

Synopsis:
This piece is Illustratres a childhood fantasy of mine. Improvements in gaming as progress by leaps and bounds. Virtual simulation has come to a point where we can no longer tell the difference between reality and virtual reality.

Gaming in the future has been recognized as a world wide sport like soccer. There will be worldwide telecast of the matches and gamers would be treated like pop stars and looking good is part of the job.

Hence, the battle scene in the metropolis. : )

This weekend has been hectic and fun at the same time. Been giving a few presentations.

First Try @ Mixed Media

Trying my hands on traditional (first few). Its totally different from doing digital. Mistakes are just part of the piece, i learn how to appreciate them, the rawness, uncertainty and looking around my table for solutions. Pencils, pen, sharpie, spray cans, watercolors and whiteout were used. Can't wait to start on the next one.
